I am excited to announce that as of today my two companies - Let’s Get Down to Business Bootcamp and the Health and Technology Law Firm - have merged and are now rebranded as HTBiz Law.
Our new company name reflects our commitment to providing quality legal services across all areas of law that we specialize in – Health and Life Sciences, Technology, and Business Law.
We have a new name, new look, and enhanced service offerings. By combining our companies, we can serve you even better - whether you want us to draft your contracts for you, or you still want to DIY with our customizable contract templates.

CORPORATE OFFERINGS
For our corporate clients, we are now offering a monthly retainer service, providing a fixed fee for a certain number of hours of legal services each month at a reduced rate from our standard hourly fees. This ensures access to legal counsel whenever needed, without the unexpected costs.
SMALL BUSINESS OFFERINGS
For small businesses, in addition to our legal templates, our Small Business Packages are designed to help minimize legal risks and administrative time without the unexpected costs. Each package includes a suite of templates that are specifically tailored to grow with the business. Best of all - HTBiz Law does all of the work and guides these small businesses along every step of the way.
We offer three Small Business Packages to choose from: Basic Start-Up Package, Website Protection Package, and Complete Entrepreneur Package. Each package includes customized contracts and/or website policies, an onboarding call, revisions, and Zoom training sessions with a licensed attorney.
