Package Details

Each package includes:

1. An initial telephone or Zoom consultation for up to 1 hour to discuss your needs, make sure that the documents you have selected are the most appropriate choices, and to gather all the specifics we need to create the custom agreement and policies that align with your business.

2. Once we receive any additional required information from you, we will create your custom agreements and policies and send them to you for your review and comment.

3. We will complete one round of revisions to address any comments that you may have.

4. Then we will schedule a Zoom training session for up to 1 hour to go over the documents, answer your questions, and provide you with “best practices” for using them in your specific business, such as negotiation tips when dealing with third parties.

• Any future legal services that you might need from HTBiz Law will be at a 15% discount off of our standard non-package hourly rates.

• We are available to negotiate with specific clients and/or vendors as needed since we are your attorneys, review third party contracts (subject to conflicts clearance), create new custom templates, and provide general business advice.

• The suite of templates we are creating for your business are designed to enable you to easily use the templates in your business on a regular basis without the need for constant legal spend.  “Build once/use repeatedly!”

• You won’t worry about what a client’s or contractor’s template means, or whether there are any hidden traps.  You don’t have to pay an attorney to review it (or sign it without understanding it) since you were able to provide your template first.

• Reduces administrative time and maximizes revenue generation time since you can quickly finalize client agreements for prospective clients – all you will need to complete is the statement of work for each client project.
